"POU SAN KUAN" - MOUNTAIN BREAKING FIST
This is a Tiger technique performed trough strong and powerfull movements; its explosiveness and its sound emissions build a tense and creat an element of surprise. Its technical characteristics are the circular movements of the arms, the forearms multiple defenses and the strikes with the back of the fist, the forearms and the elbows. This is a Hung Gar technique compiled by "Sifu" Chiu Ping Lok (Fei Hok Phai).

"TIT KIU KUAN" - IRON BRIDGE FIST
This is a dynamic and powerfull Hung Gar form, small and compact. It was creat by Tie Qiao San ("Iron Bridge III", a nickname), whose real name was lost in history. He lived between the end of 18th and the beginning of 19th century.

"PUM PI LIM KUAN" - HALF LOTUS FLOWER FIST
This is an agile Tiger technique performed with speed, strenght and trough continuous movements: as a Tiger hunting. This form originated from the Choir Gar style, and it was compiled by "Sifu" Chiu Ping Lok (Fei Hok Phai).

"HOK KUAN" - CRANE FIST
This is a small routine composed by Chiu Ping Lok 'Sifu' with some crane techniques. In this routine (and also at the Hok Tui Tcha) we can found several 'bones' techniques (elbow, knee, forearm and shin).

"LIM POU KUAN" 1st part  ('Stances and Punches Practice')
This is 1st part of the first Fei Hok Phai's routine. Chiu Ping Lok 'Sifu' made this routine to teach the fundamental stances ('mapu' horse stance; 'kunpu' arrow stance; 'ten ti pu' low stance; 'til key pu' cat stance; 'tan key pu' crane stance; 'key long pu' cross stance), punches and kicks, blocks and breathing exercises (external 'chi kun').

"LIM POU CHUAN" 2nd part ('Stances and Punches Practice')
This is the 2nd part of the first Fei Hok Phai's routine. Chiu Ping Lok 'Sifu' made this routine to teach the fundamental stances ('mapu' horse stance; 'kunpu' arrow stance; 'ten ti pu' low stance; 'til key pu' cat stance; 'tan key pu' crane stance; 'key long pu' cross stance), punches and kicks, blocks and breathing exercises (external 'chi kun').

"TAI CHI CHUAN" FEI HOK PHAI 1st part

"SAPT FOOK FU KUAN" - TAMING THE TIGER AT + CROSS-FORM FIST

"FOOK FU TOU" - TAMING THE TIGER WITH THE BROADSWORD

"HOK KUAN" - CRANE FIST

"LIN WAN KWAN" - STAFF

"WU TIP KUAN" - BUTTERFLY FIST
Small, fast, agile and light form. Very good for begginer students. Usually trained at both sides.

TAI CHI CHUAN YANG Fei Hok Phai's Routine
The routine above is inspired by the 37 posture Yang Tai Chi Chuan form developed by Chen Man Ching. Chen Man Ching was a student of Yang Chengfu 'Sifu'. Chiu Ping Lok 'Sifu' learned this Yang Tai Chi Chuan routine in New York (USA) with Chen Man Ching 'Sifu', and made some changes.
